REFUND POLICY
Since we are offering non-tangible and irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds once the order is processing or is complete. As a customer, you are responsible for
understanding this upon purchasing any services from our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regards to the character of the services we supply.

Therefore, we do honor requests for refund on the following reasons:

• We will refund you in full if a project has not been started on our behalf within 7 days after your payment .
• If you don’t want us to start the project at all, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours only of making payment. This includes all non-business days. For example, if you make a purchase on Friday, you must cancel by Sunday the latest to receive a refund.

(We require you make an exchange in service for any other reason request of refund)

• When purchasing WSHH video placement, we do NOT allow discount codes to be used as WSHH will not accept any rate lowered than offered on site. If discount code is used, you have to pay remainder amount due or you may lose your funds as we will not issue refund.
